Stretching/Flexibility Training & Techiniques
Assisted Stretching (on the table)-
Performed by the coach. Ideal for stretching beginners, people with severe lack of mobility, tender & achy joints/muscles, recent surgeries, and loss of balance.

Self-Stretching Techniques (standing/on the floor)-
Recommended for advanced/flexible clients who wish to maintain and/or improve their elasticity.
With the help of mobility sticks, knee pads, yoga mats, foam rollers, trigger point balls, and the supervision/guidance of your coach.

**When coming to a stretching/flexibility session, please remember to wear or bring stretchy & comfortable clothing.
If loose shorts are worn, make sure to wear tight undergarment/shorts underneath.
